The staff is truly professional and very nice. It’s a family environment and they welcome you into their home. They are very appreciative of you as a patient and non-judgmental. I have experienced other clinical trials before with negative participation/experience. That’s not the case here at California Medical Research, Northridge office. Everyone is professional, courteous and efficient. Now in my 2nd clinical trial with them, I feel like part of the family. When I have bad days, they all cheer me up. It’s rare to find doctors, scientist, etc. who actually understand the pain you are experiencing. I commend them on a job well done.
